Support Groups
Sanguen is pleased to offer a variety of groups in both Waterloo and Guelph. The groups are a great chance to ask questions, receive/give support, and meet new people!
Waterloo Groups
Kit Making Group
Mondays from 2 pm – 4 pm
140 Weber Street East, Kitchener(Left side of building)
Open to anyone age 16 or older who is interested in helping to assemble harm reduction and hygiene kits for outreach. We are happy to sign for Community Service hours and high school volunteer hours.
– please note that this group assembles harm reduction packages (including syringes, pipes, and other drug using equipment). Access to this space is barrier-free, but the washroom on-site is not accessible.
Drop-In Group
Wednesdays from 1 pm – 2:30 pm

No need to RSVP. You do not need to be a patient or client of Sanguen – we welcome everyone!
Drop In Support Group for Folks Using Substances
Mondays from 3 pm – 4 pm
